2-Step Verification, also known as 2-Factor Authentication, is a bank-level security measure used to protect your account.

With miiCard the first factor we use to authenticate you is your account login details (username and password). This is information only you know (do not share these details with anyone).

The second factor is your mobile phone. We tie this to your miiCard when you create your account, then send one-time passwords via SMS every time you add or edit information on your account.

Together these 2 steps help to verify that it is you accessing your miiCard account.
